Who we are

This site is run by the Lumos team. Lumos is in early access, and we are talking with the companies that sign up to shape the product. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

Only what you send us when you request early access:

• your work email address;
• which form you used on the page, and the address of the page you were on, including any campaign tags in that address (for example, which newsletter or post brought you here);
• the time you sent it.

That is all. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other companies, its fonts included.

Why we collect it

To contact you about early access to Lumos: to arrange a first conversation and to tell you when there is something to try. We will not send you a newsletter, and we will not sell or share your email.

Where it is kept, and for how long

Your request passes through Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and is stored in a Google Sheet that only the Lumos team can open. We also receive an email telling us you signed up. Google provides both the sheet and the email. We keep it while Lumos is in early access. If you ask us to delete it, we will, and we will confirm when it is done.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to [email protected] from the address you signed up with. If you are in the UK or the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Changes

If we change what we collect or why, we will update this page and the date at the top.
